My son, Lukas Robillard, painted this beautiful tree at the ripe age of 10, under the tutelage of local Calgary artist Michelle Austen. As soon as he brought the canvas home, I knew I had to turn it into a puzzle. Whimsy pieces in this puzzle are themed around art (supplies, origami animals), and kids/family activities (pets, biking). This is an easier puzzle appropriate for puzzlers new to the wooden jigsaw puzzle hobby.
This is also the first puzzle design I am making available for custom image printing and cutting. So if you have your own little artist at home who'd love to have his art featured on a puzzle for Grandma, Grandpa, Mother's Day or Father's Day, we can now make that happen!
