We’ve refreshed our Puzzle Points program to make it more rewarding, more flexible, and easier to use—whether you shop online or in-store.
Why the Change?
We wanted to create a program that grows with you—one that rewards your continued support, celebrates your loyalty, and offers meaningful perks along the way. The new tiers recognize and reward our most engaged customers while making the experience better for everyone.
So What’s New?
The value of your points has increased to allow for more flexible and meaningful rewards. You will now earn 10 points for every dollar spent. Every 250 points is equal to $1.00 off.
Here is an example of the new points versus the old points for a $10.00 discount:

*Bonus - You can earn even more points for every dollar spent as you move up the tiers!
We have added new rewards and added convenient ways to redeem your points.

Redeem points right in the checkout: If you are logged in to your account you can redeem your points when you check out. See the explainer video below for instructions on how to access this feature.

Convert points into vouchers: You can redeem points for discount vouchers. These vouchers can be shared with friends and family or used at a later date.

New Tiered Rewards: You can unlock new rewards such as free shipping rewards and higher voucher amouts as you progress through out new tiers.
Shopping with us in person? We can now apply your points directly at checkout—no extra steps needed. This includes our factory store in Calgary or any markets we attend throughout the year.

Everyone starts their journey as a Puzzle Enthusiast and will gain access to bonus events and advance notice of new releases. To stay in your tier you need to maintain your spend for that tier.
Give $10 and Get $10.
Refer your friends and family to StumpCraft using your unique referral code and link. They get a $10 discount voucher from you to use on their first purchase and you get $10 in points (2500 points) for each new referral that makes a purchase.
Acceess your referral code when you are logged in to your account from the Loyalty & Rewards page.
Important Update: Points Expiry
Points now expire 12 months after they are earned if they have not been used. You can keep your points from expiring by making at least one purchae every 12 months. This will reset your expiry date.
We will send you an exipiry notification two weeks before your points are set to expire.
