Puzzle Points are our way of saying 'thank you'. You'll earn points for activities on our site, like making purchases, following us on social media, leaving reviews, or referring friends. Redeem your points for discounts on future orders — the more you collect, the more you save.

Anyone who shares their email with us is automatically enrolled in the Puzzle Points program. Simply log in on our website using the email address that you provided to us, and you're all set — no extra sign-up required.

You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, making purchases, leaving a review, and following us on social media. To see all the ways you can earn points, scroll up to the Earn Points section on this page.

You will be able to see your points balance in the Loyalty Hub when you are logged into your account.

Scroll up to the Rewards section to see all of the rewards that we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.

There is no limit to the number of points you can earn; however, there is a limit to how you can earn them. The limitation here applies to product reviews (only 8 will earn points per year) and company reviews (only one will earn points).

The referral points you earned will be cancelled and removed from your account.

Yes, you can redeem your points during checkout.

Yes, you can earn points on all products purchased from StumpCraft.

Points will start to expire 12 months after you launch your program. At that time, all unredeemed points will expire on a rolling basis for customers who have not made any purchases for 12 months or more.

Yes and no — our system doesn't allow stacking promo codes; however, if the promotion doesn't require a code, you can still use your points along with it.

No, you can only earn points from activities directly involving StumpCraft.

No, you cannot transfer or combine points between accounts.

You can access the Loyalty Hub using the direct link on this page or by navigating to "Loyalty Hub" under the "About Us" section in the navigation menu in the header of the website.

Your voucher will remain available to you for up to six months.

If you no longer wish to earn points, please send an email to puzzled@stumpcraft.com and ask to be unenrolled. We will unenroll you, and you will lose any points you have accrued.

Just contact us, and we will re-enroll you; however, your point total will begin from zero.
