A proof will be sent to you for approval prior to production.
Production & Delivery
Production may have a 4-6 week lead time before the product is completed and ready for pick-up or delivery.

The minimum order quantity is 50, followed by multiples of 50.
Production typically take 4-6 weeks from final approval to the finished and packaged product.
We recommend using artwork you’ve created, photos you’ve taken, or imagery you have explicit permission to use. If you own the rights, the possibilities are nearly endless.
To ensure the best puzzle quality, images must be:
- Cropped to a square format
- 2048 x 2048 pixels
- JPG or PNG file format
- 2–20 MB in size
- High-resolution (no screenshots, social media downloads, or heavily compressed files)
We do not edit or retouch images, so issues like glare, shadows, blur, watermarks, or poor lighting will carry through to the final product.
We cannot reproduce copyrighted or trademarked content without proper licensing or permission (e.g., sports teams, brand logos, characters, film/TV, or video game artwork). For example, we cannot create a Calgary Flames puzzle without explicit approval from the rights holder.
If an image cannot be used due to quality or licensing concerns, we will notify you in advance. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us at puzzled@stumpcraft.com before ordering.
Pricing varies depending on volume and the overall scope of work, including any approved special requests. There is an initial setup fee of $225.00 on all orders unless otherwise specified.
Depending on the capacity of our design team, you may be able to customize one whimsy; however, there will be an additional design and setup fee of $100.00 added to your order.
As much as we would love to be able to do this for everyone, our design team does not have the capacity to create fully custom mini puzzles for individual orders at this time.
