We’ve refreshed our Puzzle Points program to make it more rewarding, more flexible, and easier to use—whether you shop online or in-store.

Why the Change?

We wanted to create a program that grows with you—one that rewards your continued support, celebrates your loyalty, and offers meaningful perks along the way. The new tiers recognize and reward our most engaged customers while making the experience better for everyone.

So What’s New?

We’ve increased the value of points to allow for more flexible and meaningful rewards:

• Old: 30 points = $1
  

• New: 250 points = $1
  

While the numbers are larger, the system is designed to provide better overall redemption value and flexibility.

1. Tiered Earning = More Points Over Time

Instead of a flat earn rate, you now earn more points as you move up tiers:

• Puzzle Enthusiast: 10 points per $1
  

• Puzzle Strategist: 11 points per $1

• Puzzle Master: 12 points per $1
  

The more you shop, the more you earn—automatically.

2. Points Are More Valuable

How Tiers Work

• Everyone starts as a Puzzle Enthusiast
  

• Spend $350+ (within 12 months) → Puzzle Strategist
  

• Spend $1,000+ (within 12 months) → Puzzle Master
  

To stay in your tier, simply maintain that spend level annually.

Important Update: Points Expiry

To keep the program active and rewarding:

• Points now expire on a rolling basis
  

• Expiry applies if you haven’t made a purchase in 12 months or more
